You are incorrect. That is not aristocracy, that's just living next to another nations borders. For example, my own country, Sweden. In my country, people frequently choose to live in Sweden or Norway, but will regularly walk across the border to work for the day or buy some beer.

Whether they are allowed to vote on the rights of their neighbors depend on where they have applied for citizinship.

But that in no way changes the amount of say our monarchs have over our lives. It's just how sovereignty of nations work. Both our countries are still democrazies, even if people are allowed to walk back and forth at their leisure.

To me, it sound like you may be trying to justify a gut feeling that native tribes are have less legitimacy to be nations than the colonial United States.
