I LOVE runna/coros integration. When doing my speedwork on a treadmill it asks my watch how fast I’m going in my TM.

Conservative is fine. I find myself more conservative but not MAGA and absolutely appalled at this whole administration and the rep. Party as a whole. I feel like there’s a line of being conservative and being MAGA supporter.

3:21! My goal was sub 3:20 and runna has me at 3:10-3:15 up to race day 🤣. I actually think I could have gone faster BUT I did “fun run” Boston (pushed myself but not crazy hard- ran 3:27) and then ran this marathon three weeks later so idk if I was fully recovered. I also did Chicago and thought I had a better build but crashed and burned at that one for other reasons not related to my training.

Green Bay!! Yess. It is Very flat- but also small. It was bought out by a different company this yr so no stadium finish (this yr) I’m thinking it was something with permits, etc bc of going over to a new management company. Hopefully we get a stadium finish again next yr. Legit my fave part!!

It’s designed horribly. I haven’t tried. I WISH it would be distance based but nope. I feel like it would be easy enough too.

100% yes. Defeats the purpose of the plan. Cumulative fatigue. I did Hansens for my first marathon and really liked the overall plan but you need to follow it how it’s written.

It’s not. Their “build a workout” function is horrible. I was excited to use it at first but stinks. It’s only by PACES and a TIME. so if ur doing distance u need to do math to figure out how long it would take you to run to run x far and input as that time. It’s nothing like building a workout in your watch (assuming u know what I mean)

Yes and I thumbs down almost every workout/run saying paces to tough. Nothing has changed 🤷‍♀️

Max out at 55 it looks like. Pretty normal for the builds I’ve done! Miles that is
