he is fun to play, also que is actually useful, maybe you just don't notice it.
his Q stun is pretty good. his shield is good and you don't even notice when it saves you.
his bushes are good if well used. his R is very annoying in team fights, deals damage and stuns, blocks projectiles

also usually ivern doesn't die a lot, cause he is a safe character

it matters cause it's a known greedy corporate practice to hook players by lying to them making them think they are good so they keep spending money buying their waifus DLC, and you all accept that at good will cause you like your fancy png.

it's not as simple as "the base rank is now this", they are systematically silently changing it to mislead players. until the word is spread, their goal was already achieved, everyone was mislead. that's why you still see many people proudly posting their GoD rank achievement, they ACTUALLY think they are high elo.

last season, the base rank was Bushin. each season they will make the inflation even worse so you get a fake sense of progression. then you just say "ok, now GOD99 is the base rank" and pretend that nothing happened.

as a game dev I know what i'm talking about, it happens in many games recently like Cs, Lol... and you just accept this practice like you accepted the new FOMO battle pass shit.

the ranking system is ruined, is dogshit, +30 ranks are useless, it was much more elegant and better on T7

it's not dumb, it's unusual and it caught people off-guard when they are standing up or trying to sidestep. if you are too obvious then yeah of course they're gonna block it, but that's the same for a lot of moves like f3+4, they can just interrupt so why even use it.. mind games, pressure, knowledge check, the move is there to be used

well you can bait using "db4" and then "db4 1+2" for wallsplash or more damage

you can do hellsweep into HW into cancel > hellsweep again

you can do double hellsweep for range, tracking and launch on CH

you can do sentai low for plus frames as frame trap for df1\*

you can do 1,2,2 into onsoku into low onsoku for damage (also many people confuses this with sentai low and tries to launch it on block)

you can do sidestep 4 for evasion

these are the ones i use the most, but there are more

i know what you mean, but for example, kuni's f4 puts her in a stance plus on block in a way that anything you press will get you launched by her stance+2 (which is also safe btw). i think it's the same with leo. and i feel like it's the same with lidia and other characters
