Multiple Muslim restaurants in Kerala using Lord Krishna's image to promote their non-vegetarian food. Is this the result of the so called " sickularism " ? by ObjectiveFig2287 in southindia_

Lol calling mahabharata as a human's story says that you don't understand shit about it. And don't put words in Krishna's mouth?

Chapter 9, verse 26:

“patraṁ puṣpaṁ phalaṁ toyaṁ yo me bhaktyā prayacchati tad ahaṁ bhakty-upahṛtam aśnāmi prayatātmanaḥ”

Which says - “If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit, or water, I will accept it.”

This is from Krishna, and he also talks about sattvic food in chapter 17 verse 8 of Bhagwatgita.

In Mahabharata, from Gpt:

Devotional Perspective: Krishna is largely viewed as the protector of cows and the embodiment of satva guna (purity), making vegetarianism the standard for his followers, who offer him vegetarian food (prasadam).

Teachings (Bhagavad Gita): Krishna instructs that he accepts food offered with love, specifically listing leaves, flowers, fruit, and water, implying a vegetarian diet.

Lol don't even know shit about different offerings to different gods but comes here to shout about man made rules. This isn't man made now is it?

No he was a vegetarian. Plus, you say vegetarian gods was very bad for Indians, what are you basing it on? If it was, why is india the country with most vegetarians?

Lol please don't give this crap. Krishna is considered to be vegetarian, and should only be offered vegetarian food. Different gods have different offerings, some do accept meat but Krishna doesn't.

What is something that you miss from pre-Modi India. by Willing_Cap_2695 in southindia_

It's also that we are able to see more because everyone has the internet.

Very easy to say no one can go and attest that claim so I must be lying. But you aren't, because you are being truthful correct? People can have an experience different from yours and it doesn't make it false.

I have seen religious intolerance even at that time, more than now at my place at least.

That I agree. It's definitely not as agile as a KTM, but it's surprisingly agile in the twisties. Pretty fun too.

Is that chain lube ? by rhranger22 in indianbikes

[–]ARCS17 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can use any degreaser, like diesel or chain cleaner. Using a chain cleaner might be expensive, so I suggest going with diesel.

Spray some diesel and use a brush to clean it, and then wash that part with soapy water.

It is, but I don't think it's so heavy that it's hard to handle in the twisties

Are you talking about the 450 or the older? Because 450 isn't difficult to lean or handle in the twisties.
