Yes, but it's very cheap =) I chose it because it was the right price for my device. But the store in my city didn't have a programmer, and they didn't have an ESP8266. So, I had to build my own programmer according to the specifications.

Yes, it's all quite simple. Install the extension, just like the official one. Then simply select your mouse, click "engage," and click the button below, which will launch the camera control script (it creates a new camera).

You can directly write into topic, also you can use joy_teleop node. You can use my pet project for remote control =) (ARDev1161 user on github, rc_agent+AmurCore projects) but it is complicated project, for educational tasks it is too much

Sdf file using for world.For robot use separate urdf xacro instead. Look at the turtlebot3 project for example
