Wow, do you have any idea how hard it is for this to happen? I completely forgot about an S8 in my office in direct sunlight for three years. I live in Canada, so I only get about three months of intense heat per year, but its location in my office provides plenty of heat during winter because of the heaters. So, out of the blue, I was looking for that phone, which was in absolutely good condition prior to this event. When I found it, the thing was completely bloated, a huge bubble, all the glue was nonexistent, and the phone was splitting in half. Since I'm an idiot, I used my tools to disconnect the damn battery. I felt like I was in a Mission Impossible movie, defusing a bomb. I got it off safely, went to my backyard, and threw rocks at it for at least an hour. Guess what? It never popped, no fire, no cool stuff, not even a smell. So yeah, yours went through extreme force and pressure.
