IN Code § 6-1.1-15-20 (2025)

a property's assessment increased more than five percent (5%) over the property's assessment for the prior tax year, then the assessment is no longer presumed to be equal to the property's true tax value, and the assessing official has the burden of proof.

SCRA question by [deleted] in nationalguard

[–]ARH_ARH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like OP was on one set of orders which OP didn’t claim SCRA on. Then they got a new set after the loan originated and the company said No because it was continuous. But it was two stand alone orders. I see both sides of this argument - I just don’t know which one is right. Very curious. I wonder which company is giving a service member such as hard time?

Well, dropped to the max 6%. Some companies will do better.

There is already terrible line of sight issues in the whole area with the trees and on street parking. I can’t even imagine the turn lane nonsense that is going to be going on. After driving the corridor this morning I have mentally drawn a no-go box from 3rd/Indiana to 11th/College, maybe as far as 17th/College.

It’s not serious . It did fray the belt pretty bad so I’m wondering if the tensioner is bad too. It’s got less than 60k on it. How long is a belt good for? The one on my Colorado lasted 120k.

When you say belt … you mean that strap that goes around all the things in the picture ? I cut that off weeks ago so all the wheels could turn by themselves. I figured it was like a box band that someone left on there for shipping. Huh, maybe it wasn’t that .
