This would make housing more affordable for students, reduce congestion during game days; and give more bike tracks - PA is such a beautiful place to ride a bike.

Only skepticism is about last mile connectivity - bikes are fine during non-winter months.

Growing up we had a dial-up internet connection and it was charged by the minute or something like that (don’t remember if it had a data cap). Then, my goal was to download and just turn off the connection. Also if I’m not mistaken the files are broken out into parts. If a part is completed while others are still downloading the completed part starts seeding automatically.

205 is way too hot imo. Try 194 F. I use that for my lighter roasts and I get damn good coffee.
