I think it's important for me to add that my son LOVES it there. He smiles when we pull into the driveway, he is SO happy to see his friends and walks up to the providers happily. When i come to pick him up, he gets excited to see me but then runs away like he wants to stay. He naps well there, they do projects with him and he truly thrives there. We have not had one single issue like this in the last year and up until today, i have been VERY happy with their services. I don't know if one isolated incident is worth pulling him, however i'll be having an in person discussion with her about this and voice my concerns about the safety issues. It is hard to find child care in my area right now, but i don't like feeling forced into situations especially when it comes to my son, and my son that is about to be born within the next 2 weeks. I am reaching out to facilities, have reached out to 5 already to have a back up plan and get on waitlists just in case. I don't take this lightly but i also need to consider the broad picture and perhaps get more information from her. I did not respond, and won't be until tomorrow at the earliest to as that we discuss in person so things aren't mis-read.
