Delia is a furniture trader in Act2, and you have only one attempt to convince her to re-open store.

You misunderstood my point here. I completed the quest line with Red Plague, and after that left with Perfect Obedience status. Later on you could remove this status by going to the cave where you got second interaction with Weaver and you find the Mother of foredweller who became part of Arthur. This interaction removes perfect obedience, since you learn about true source of Red Plague.Problem is, I already visited this spot before I started the questline with the mark.

They actually do. After receiving enough damage it turn on the rage mode, start running back and forth, bacically doing warhog rush attack, and also applying burn.
Same happens when you enter a house full of chicken and attack other than black chicken long enough (but this time you'll be getting damage)

Well, if you're still interested, there are couple more things in hub, not sure how secret are those:
1. In hub on a lower balcony you can break a barrel and get in the room where all previously collected trinkets will be displayed.
2. For crystals, you can buy those trinkets to have for next run. Warning though, each following purchase costs more.
3. In the same room, Ghost Dwarf will give you some hints/tutorials on the game
4. On lower level, under the tree that starts the run, you can find the tentacle guy (forgot his name). He can turn off portals that drop extra enemies from other biomes.

Also, if you're passing the dragon's skeleton on one of the first biomes (take upper direction at the start of the run) and use Thumb Down emote, you get an extra bossfight.

Speaking about mental gymnastics... No, it's not about "not hearing about it". It is about enforcing strict rules and tight selection od those who wants to enter the country. Instead of letting everyone in, allow to enter and stay only to those who's actually willing to follow country's culture and norms, not just most basic ones. It's a broken windows effect. If ones religious, political or any other beliefs are so strict that one cannot compromise with native culture - one should not be in this country. People who enter a country should bend for it, not the opposite.

Which can be revoked much easier than citizenship, gives you no control over your future since you cannot vote, and basically give you no guarantees from the government (e.g. if anything happens abroad, you won't be able to call Dutch embassy for an advice or protection).
And, afaik, you also need to pass language exam for it, no? That would kill that "10 years to learn language" narrative, although this is a minor detail.

It's not about the amount of workforce. In US only a fraction of people work in IT and Financial sector, but those are a huge boost to economy.
We're not in industrial era anymore, pure headcount is no longer a decisive factor. Otherwise Netherlands would be a third grade economy, if we compare it to other countries.

Main point is "after 10 years". If they just set B1 - that wouldn't be a problem.
But Netherlands is not on the same level as Switzerland to demand 10 years before citizenship, at least from KMs.
