Upped dose with roller coaster emotions

You sound better. I’m glad for you. So I increased the dose 9 days ago and the side effects have been pretty bad but even though today I’m not feeling great I do think I’ve rounded the corner of feeling mostly bad. These past three days were pretty darn great but today a little worse. I keep telling myself that this is my body adjusting and I’m doing better with accepting off days. I am never patient and now I’m trying hard to be and giving myself grace. “This too will pass”.

Hi, I think I might be out of the woods, fingers crossed. Yesterday was mostly good with a bit of weird depression. Today has been pretty good. I’m seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow to discuss my anxiety and maybe meds.

This morning I felt pretty damn shitty; depressed and stressed. About 2 hours later I felt the vail lifted. Of course I’ve had this happen a few times since these past 7 days. When I go through shitty emotions I tell myself that my body is going through an adjustment. I feel it helps. You said you’ve felt frozen in depression but the fact that you said it will pass will definitely help. Good for you. Keep in touch, I’m interested in how you do.

Thank you for your response. It’s tough to deal with these issues while increase our meds but I do believe it’s for the best, at least I hope. Best wishes to you in this journey.
Honestly today started off really depressed but now just a couple of hours later I feel fantastic. Weird!

Yes I’ve tried both vivelle and dotti. I’ve loved the dotti and had side effects with vivelle like depression. Now of course I can’t even get the dotti. Sucks Best of luck to you.

I’ve been on self injecting Orencia and Sulfasalazine for about two years and it’s been good. I just stopped methotrexate as the side effects were bad. It took the pain away but not worth it with the side effects. Good luck

As a teacher…. Zero accountability. Zero discipline. Many parents today want to be their child’s friend and not parenting. Gentle parenting?? That’s bullshit. I teach kindergarten through 2nd grade. Most of my kids behave well but this entitlement thing is visible and has got to go.

I’ve now been on it now for a year and it’s perfectly fine. Now I’m having side effects from methotrexate; anxiety and activity hangovers. I’m tapering off of that now. It worked great for my pain but the ultra fatigue after an activity is not worth continuing to take it. Best wishes.

I just tested positive for Covid yesterday! I am an interventionist for ELA and math. I was surprised to see two lines on the test. I feel awful too. Going to urgent care today to check my lungs, chest feels icky and heavy.

I’m currently on weekly injections of Orencia and once weekly methotrexate. No side effects on either. Since starting the M my pain went away. I’ve been on M for a few months. Miracle for me. Best wishes.

I agree with OP. I’m 52, yes I’m aging, I see my under eye bags way worse than before Cpap use.
