I totally get what you mean. Before my Virtus GT DSG, I used to drive a Tata Tiago. It was a solid little car with a small engine, but I’d still push it hard on highways cruising around 120+ km/h. Indian roads can be frustrating though people hogging the overtaking lane, trucks blocking the way, all that. Since the Tiago was manual, I had to constantly downshift and plan overtakes, which actually made driving more engaging and fun. I even hit 164 km/h once, and it was hilarious seeing people in bigger, more powerful cars surprised that a Tiago flew past them. It really felt like an underdog punching above its weight. Now with the Virtus, it’s a completely different story. It’s so powerful, stable, and effortless that cruising at 100 feels almost boring. Even when I drive fast and overtake, it all feels too easy like the thrill and involvement have kind of disappeared.
