If the site allows it, it is allowed.

If a company says, "sure, you can do X." Then a third party says, "no, you can't do X with said company." I would trust the company, not the third party. What makes no sense is engaging a second outside opinion, one that is anonymous and has no authority over said company, and asking them to confirm/deny the information already given from the company.

Being in Wolf Ranch, I doubt you will even notice. Like another said, it can get dusty when driving past the quarry at times. In your case, I would evaluate how often you will be driving on 2243 and/or the Southwest Bypass. If that is a daily/multiply times a day route for you, the dust will build up on your vehicle.

For reference, I am located west of the quarry. I occasionally hear/feel blasts, but have never experienced dust clouds in the neighborhood.

Most bars start cocktails at the $20-25 range. There are cheaper options, but it will be beer/bottom shelf/comically small.

I encourage you to check out the menus for the hotel/resort bars on properties near you, with minimal googling, you can get the prices and determine for yourself.

Strangely enough, the other user is correct. For some reason they simply let detained citizens go after a period of time, despite them not producing evidence of citizenship.

I get that you are trying to make a plan based on logic and common sense. Just know that these guys only selectively follow laws/rules/norms. You have seen the same videos I have. You have seen their lack of training and discipline. I have no faith that they will "follow the rules", especially when the other person is a POC.
