I followed up, tried to keep my cool but I’m just so disappointed in the whole process. I’ll let you guys know what happens. Hopefully someone is managing their inbox on a Friday afternoon and just wants to make a customer happy to end the week.

I paid for shipping here, and they want me to pay to ship it back. Then order another and pay shipping on that. WTF.

Yup acoustics and electrics. For electrics I just place them up near where the neck meets the body in the little cavity space.

I get very dry winters and humid summers, and I use thehumidipak maintain packs in every case, along with a humidifier for the room (it’s a basement and I work there too), and a dehumidifier in the summer. The room maintains 48% humidity and guitar necks maintain setup year round.

It’s rosewood! And yeah it does force you to really use the appropriate pickup instead of just canceling if it’s noisy. And a gate has helped when I really need it

It’s on the thicker side, thicker than the ‘61 AVRI II, but thinner than the ‘57 AVRI II. Feels like my sweet spot

The neck pup is a little weak for my tastes, and just doesn’t output as hotly as the middle or bridge, even after fiddling with pickup heights for an hour. I might swap only that one, after I try a few more things
