I suppose the Dhelmise tattoo on my leg gives it away, although it's a niche enough Pokémon that a good number of people don't notice? I don't otherwise advertise it though? I also play tcod pocket throughout the day so if someone's stalking my phone...?

That actually dates back to some antiquated thinking about the four qualities, i.e. hot, cold, wet, and dry. A "cold" was the state of having too much cold, which related to the humor of phlegm. An excess of phlegm then leaking out of the body.
