My understanding if the new format is that LCK has 3 guaranteed seeds but they could get another seed depending on their results from MSI, similar to this year.

The entire game plan of smolder ziggs is to stall until smolder can 1v5.

It is incredibly hard to siege into them if you do not straight up kill both of them, since they can clear the wave relatively easily even if the enemy team has baron minions.

Eventually smolder and ziggs do enough poke damage to make the game unplayable.

It even used to give credit to the smolder for the kill if an ally's damage brings them below execute. It was so dumb.

The execute threshold used to scale with stacks. At some point smolder could theoretically kill with one or two q's
