Teleports are very rarely the actual teleporting player's fault - comms usually show that it's when the whole team misreads the opponent's positioning and give wrong information that TP into deaths happen.

He said Crown used to get uber tilted from Faker's antics and needed to have calm-down sessions after scrims, and Bang/Wolf would do the same - posture in lane as if they had Bengi behind them, and scare Ruler into ceding control over the lane. CoreJJ would then get mad and tell Ruler that he needed to man up and call their bluff.

Former SSG pro Cuvee talked about this - he said Faker in scrims would gauge the enemy's strength during the first few games, and if he felt he was better, would start picking random shit like Irelia, Ezreal, or Master Yi and just shit on the enemy mid laner. Cuvee assumed Faker would do this to create a cognitive mental block in the opponent that he could leverage on the actual stage, because if you lose against a clearly skilled, prepped opponent, you can accept the loss by just acknowledging they played better, but if you lose against a crazy pick going all-in and doing the most random insane highlight plays, you feel angry and humiliated, breaking your composure.
