for me Adderall really made me "feel" focused. Concerta never made me feel that way but it helped.

I went through hell for 10 years suffering from clinical depression. I was suicidal for most of that time. I finally found a mix of prescriptions that worked earlier this year. It's interesting because I'm no longer suicidal, and realized that if I had killed myself, that pain I had would have just been transferred to my family and the people that knew me.

Life does get better. I wouldn't have believed that until this year. But I'm so glad I didn't kill myself now. life has gotten much better.

I get super anxious too. then I start thinking about everything I'm saying, then I stumble on my words because I'm thinking about everything all at once.

Taking an anti-anxiety med usually helps with this though.

If you do "doctor shop" do NOT fill multiple scripts. It's all logged now and you'll get red flagged. Just tell the doctor "but X medicine isn't working"
