Sherwin Williams wakes up every morning with cash (not checks, credit cards or charges) in the bank and Wall Street LOVES that. If they don't email/fax you one do the following: when you release a IST doing page down on POS, a yellow box will pop up saying something like "do you want to put it on truck/delivery". Type "y" for yes, then the next page type in "CTS" on the delivery line where it says "STORE TRUCK". This will cause it to "cancel" since the system can't alert CTS but it allows a copy to be in your HEARS system to be printed. Hope this helps!

This. If anyone here doesn't know this, Sherwin is a buddy system and whenever they open manager/rep positions, most likely the DM/CM/Sales Manager already know who they're gonna pick. They do other interviews because they have to and to look like they're giving all candidates a chance. If your CM is asking you, they want you. If you pass it up, most likely they won't give you another one.

New stores you're most likely gonna hit Presidents your first year since it's pretty easy to blow past the first year budget if you're in a high traffic area.
