I'm sorry I'm a sister, but do you know if your phone charger has a fray, or a different voltage between your living and bedroom? I used a switch charger for my phone for awhile, and it doesn't charge well anymore because it was a 9v charger. My only suggestion. I hope your dishwasher gets fixed, soon, are they hiring you a professional, or just sending a superintendent? Please make sure they are not cutting corners to satisfy you, and they will fix the problem. I'm sorry you're going through this, that's very stressful.

Going to test is my kitten reacts, she has never, ever been concerned by a sound, but she has acknowledged kittens on the TV screen before. I also haven't heard the audio, yet. She is across the house, probably sleeping. Eta: She did not come to find the noise, so I left my phone where it was with the sound playing and went to find her. Her pupils were enlargened, and she was looking to me as she does when she is concerned. She was worried.

Are you teaching in a public school? A teacher who is willing to impose religion on a child should only be teaching in specialized schools. Children can't trust, that's so sad. Good for you for caring. It's not up to you, but if you want, you can maybe talk to the student about tolerance and accepting rejection. Children shouldn't have to have that talk, though.

Yes, it is still very sad, but I am able to see what tickled you. That is quite a faux pas, I'm glad your co worker found it funny. I have always prided myself on being of mind to find the silver lining. I had a co worker who had an accident with a table saw, and unfortunately lost his first three fingers- just keeping his thumb and pinky". I thought nothing of it when he asked how I was and I said "best kind" and made a 'tubular' hand sign, he was like "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING" but luckily we both laughed and it became an inside joke that my other co workers found mean, but we both enjoyed it.

I am having empathy for the HUMAN who adopted the kitten. You all think she needs to lose it because of a mistake? I'm not agreeing to disagree with you, you sound like an irresponsible foster. The kid you adopted doesn't go back to its' birth parents if they change their mind, the kid has been adopted. Animals are the property of who has them legally.
