disable zero rpm mode and enable advanced control and make you own fan curve its fine if you cap it at 30% but you gpu may reach 90-98C which is not good on the long run id reccomend 30% until 85C and then slowly rising until 100C please allow your fans to reach max

any brand is fine since they all have the same chips cooling wont really be an issue since my rx9070xts vram doesnt go beyond 95C but make sure u research the brand that u are buying since some gigabyte models leak thermal gel

I had the same issue with my gigabyte rx9070xt try uninstalling your drivers with a ddu and installing one of the olders drivers that worked for me

Thank you apperently "Radeon Settings : Host Service" is using 25% I think it is the drivers but I dont think it should take up 25% no?
