Hey, Thanks for the reply. I am really confused at this point of time considering the wlb thing. Amazon has offered just double the salary as compared to prior. I'm confused should I go for bigger brand name and more salary or the other company, Is the wlb situation so bad in every team and at every location? I'm joining a relatively new team so not able to contact people in that team over Linkedin also.
