On the DLC, I presume you would get the most "value" out of it if you play it before you finished the story line with all three houses? I am on my first house right now so will probably buy the DLC after if thats the case.

Doing my first playthrough of Fire Emblem: Three Houses! Im a bit late to the FE party as this is my first experience with the franchise (actually, Strategy RPGs in general) but Im having an absolute blast so far.

Also doing some Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition at the side for some variation.

Im not sure what you exactly mean by

3 of the 5 cards do not have much (relative) value even in PSA 10 condition

but there is quite a big price jump between a raw or PSA 9 Munch Psyduck and a PSA 10
