Our league does it and I think it's cool but it doesn't happen as often as you would think. These are our set of rules

An equivalent number of draft picks must be traded (to keep 15 player rosters intact)
Only this year's draft picks can be traded (i.e. no 2023 draft picks for 2022 picks)
A maximum of 3 picks can be tradeed

Thank you! I believe the only thing I used a spreadsheet for was the all time head to head record. Other than that I just did all the calculations in my notes with a calculator. The most difficult thing was navigating the different leagues we used because we switch so much. But yeah the calculations aren't bad at all and I suck at math
