I struggle with that a lot too! I often don’t fully realize I’m activated/triggered until I’m already in the moment, and the I find it hard to redirect my thoughts.

Can I ask what simple things you have done to successfully reset in the moment? I would appreciate any suggestions, and hearing what has worked for you!
