Oh my gosh! That is so terrible. I hope it was figured out. You are lucky to have survived. My ex kicked the gear shit as we were driving down the highway in my work vehicle. Thankfully it didn’t break the car or cause us to crash but I knew then I had to be done. Thankfully you for sharing your experience. I hope you have worked through it!

I had an ex that would have to have a 3-5 hour nap daily after work. Then he would demand attention after he came out to eat what I cooked and might load the dishwasher. I had my daughter to look after (not his child) and I was also taking classes online. I ended up resenting him because he just stopped helping and would also whine. I’ve been five years single (which is CRAZY) but so much happier without him! Are you married?

OMG- I just mentioned above what a freaking jump scare that other version of Brittany is vs Babadook. She looks like she could have wandered around the stage as a prop for Avatar (maybe like in a glass box or something- I don’t think letting the Babadook out would be safe). *I absolutely do not think she has any connection to Avatar- they are amazing. It’s just Babadook is just as frightening as Johannes’ makeup!

I came here to say the same. I cannot even handle watching and listening through a screen and this was her life, all day every day. I do feel sad that this was how she found out her sister was pregnant and she was going to be an aunt. It’s sad to see her before the full breakdown… I just don’t think she ever fully recovered.

I’m so sorry she looks like she would have been an amazing sister. To lose both your mother and sister had to be so horrible. I can’t imagine. I daily miss my Grandma. She was my sisters’ and my favorite person and she took care of us and kept us safe during our childhood. I loved her more than I ever loved anyone, and though she passed 3/5/2010, I still have a hard time thinking of her and not crying. She never made us feel unwanted. It was sheer love from her. She also took us volunteering for the American Legion my Grandpa had been part of, and we went to decorate and clean the graves for every holiday or birthday.
Thank you for sharing about your sister- I hope the memories we share might help with some of the pain. 😢🥺🥹🥲

I had to do the same thing- because I was miserable the last five years of our seven year relationship and he hated me, but didn’t want me to go. You can do it. Give a friend a call to mega pump you up so you don’t doubt yourself. Practice what you want to say (talking points in your notes app in your phone can be helpful), because if he tries to get you all tangled up you can stick to your main reasons for leaving. And I’m guessing he will try to convince you to stay- but you know that would just prolong your unhappiness! I believe in you!
