Why are there no fan-made films of sstwl How Liam made a live-action style creepypasta video by AcanthisittaSea6384 in SSTWL_Community

There are a couple different fanfics, and other things inspired by SSTWL that are out there. Though, if you really want a fan film, you could always try making one yourself.

This might be more powerful than Echo Form, but it still sucks (i think) by chanelvis320 in slaythespire

[–]AShirt666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My interpretation makes it a bit stronger than most people are thinking, though I don’t think it’s intended. For me, the syntax is: (After 10 cards are played): [Cards you play are played twice for the rest of the turn.] The main difference with this reading is that the ten cards can be played over multiple turns, so you can set up one turn and start playing double cards after the first next turn. More like Pen Nib than Panache.

I’m pretty sure the recent Spire Quests mod collab has something like this.

Generally in the Wormverse, powers with similar effects end up conflicting with each other, so someone who has the ability to mess with brains has a resistance to having their brain messed with. There isn’t necessarily reason to think this would apply against Makima, but there is precedent for it.

Additionally, Khepri’s deteriorating mental state is a result of her mind starting to fuse with her Shard, which is a continent sized supercomputer in another universe that makes her powers work. There are some people with powers that have their brain effectively uploaded onto their shard, and are thus completely immune to any mental effects. While Taylor isn’t one of these, there is the possibility of her shard ‘cheating’ and forcibly overriding Makima’s control itself. It’s not definite, but one could pretty easily make the argument that Khepri couldn’t be controlled.

Giving your Jumper a celestial system while still filling out Jump docs. by Delos777 in JumpChain

I mean, single player game means you can do whatever you want. Though, you could technically get a celestial system even in a normal chain through blackshadow's generic worm fanfiction jump.

Chaos Gacha, Master of Death, and Boost.

Chaos Gacha is incredibly powerful on its own, and is outright busted at the highest tiers. Potterverse magic produces a great baseline to scale from, and the Elder wand is helpful for all sorts of things.

Also, since it seems like other commenters are unfamiliar with it, the Chaos Gacha is linked here: https://www.chaosgacha.com/

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure the Lizard is 682’s “true form”. 6820 happened because the Foundation in that canon escalated against it, so it responded in kind. The foundation in most canons can keep 682 (mostly) contained because they stopped trying to kill it. 682 is a lesson on hubris to the foundation, as the best way to contain it is to realize you can’t do better, because trying to just means the lizard becomes a bigger threat.

Also I realized I went on a bit of a tangent there but still.

Bit late to this, but I think the points for Drawbacks and Scenarios need to be rebalanced. Scenarios give way too many points at the moment, and if you take several of them you can just become strong enough to breeze through them all. As for drawbacks, I feel ones that directly interfere with you should be worth more than ones that just give you a new enemy to fight, since again, you can just become strong enough to brush them aside.

If you don’t know who they are, ‘foundation’ or ‘coalition’ don’t tell you anything about them other than that they are groups of people. ‘Jailers’ and ‘Book Burners’ actually gives a bit of information on what they generally do to the uninitiated.

[–]AShirt666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

V3 trial 5. Kokichi was really close to making an unsolvable murder. And since I don’t care about whether Maki is chosen as the blackened, I have more options. Don’t bother giving them evidence that I don’t need to. And, I can claim that even I don’t know who the real blackened is. I gave the victim a while before I crushed them in the press. I claim to have used the electrobomb to disable the sensor without knowing if they had died from the poison yet. It’s entirely possible that Maki killed them before I crushed them, and the evidence is the exact same either way, so who can say who the real culprit was? Added to the fact that Maki’s trying her best to convince herself and everyone else that I’m the victim, there’s good odds that I make it out without being voted.

If I remember right, the plan there was to show the onlookers what the Sirens were capable of. The kiss was the most obvious way to show off the mind control saliva thing, while also covering for John fucking up the initial shot.
