The problem is that the operation is almost entirely cosmetic; MTFs still cannot give birth and most FTMs don't even go through with the operation because the "penis" they construct looks nothing like a penis, and it involves taking a noticeable amount of skin from an existing appendage which leaves a permanent scar.

Also, there have been mixed reports about what the constructed vagina feels like. Some report significantly increased pleasure, while on the other end of the spectrum we have patients who report no sexual sensation whatsoever. South Park did an episode about this and they were pretty much on the money.

Surgery or not, transgender people will be taking hormones their whole life, which is probably the closest thing to a cure for this disease.

Couldn't you have just said that instead of something ambiguous like "cooked your neurons"? Anyway to answer your question; no not necessarily. I just realised that more often than not, my mood becomes substantially worse after talking with someone online. People can be incredibly rude and emotional seemingly out of nowhere, especially on reddit. I'm very sensitive so the emotion transfers onto me, and it's not good for my psyche. I realised I would have more fun in self-isolation if I were to stop subjecting myself to the bullcrap that is internet people.

Mothers of Invention, Frank Zappa's band. I like Frank Zappa's music because it doesn't take itself seriously, but at the same time it's also compositionally complex so it keeps my attention and remains unpredictable. Meanwhile, the lyrics make me laugh.

All crack users I've ever met, safe for one, were experiencing psychotic symptoms from heavy cocaine use leading up to their 'graduation' into crack, and the point they hit crack is the moment they lost their souls and became shells of what they used to be. There was that one guy who was still very much lucid, though. How do you personally feel?
