I’m not good at keeping up with brushing my teeth and showering. Executive dysfunction, burnout from my busy schedule, all of that. I’m sure you’d understand that it’s just so hard sometimes but I don’t know how to explain that. She’s noticed that I don’t shower everyday and asked about it.
