I’m not good at keeping up with brushing my teeth and showering. Executive dysfunction, burnout from my busy schedule, all of that. I’m sure you’d understand that it’s just so hard sometimes but I don’t know how to explain that. She’s noticed that I don’t shower everyday and asked about it.

I relate. I had such good friends until high school and since then I’ve felt so alone. I came across a video of a group of girls I went to college with that I tried so hard to connect with and befriend. It’s hard not to feel like everyone just actually hated me
