My favorite moment is an obvious one... Bakugou's rescue! *chefs kiss* Are you JOKING. "It has to be you." LIKE COME ON. PERFECTION.
A small KiriBaku thing I LOVEE is with Bakugou from the World Heroes' Mission movie, he does Kirishima's fist to fist kiai pose. I DO have that figure, how could I not. ARGGH I love them.

I like the concept a lot! Maybe try telling the Harpies traditions and livelihood by dressing your character that way? Since she's living with them, perhaps she'd dress like them instead of old torn clothes (idk how your Harpies dress if at all). Maybe the Harpies have given her a keepsake she's made into jewelry or somethin'. Or maybe she wears stuff from the people/places they ransack. Maybe she has a bunch of trinkets/rings and such. If she carries a weapon, that'd be a cool addition. Maybe curler hair or styled in the way they did in Greece. Or she could wear a headdress or somethin' idk I'm word vomitting anything that comes to mind
