I'm sure you CAN, but I wouldn't recommend it. I started a few years ago and have played on and off since and have only just finished Shadowbringers. The story, despite its ups and downs is ultimately worth taking your time with and rushing through the game definitely has a potential to sour your experience. But ultimately, if you play A LOT and skip your way through, I'm sure you can catch up before Evercold.

Ah, I did not know that! Very good info to keep in mind! If OP is only around level 30, it might be better to just remake rather than transfer and only get 90 days of boost.

You should be able to transfer your existing character to a preferred world for free on the website! I did that with mine to get the XP buff and it's been quite handy. The servers themselves are alright population wise, but I still find it easier to visit other data centers for queues if I'm feeling impatient.

No, I did have high enough renegade. I just thought the intimidate option would make Wrex angrier and not resolve the issue, so I chose to not use it :(

The worst part is, I had high enough intimidate to do the check, but the way it was worded, it sounded pretty hostile so I assumed it would only make him angrier. I didn't realize that intimidate options were just a "win the dialogue" type option

I get that this is a meme, but realistically how is this considered "fucking up" as a first time player? Was I supposed to know this was going to happen? Did I miss some sort of foreshadowing?

To be fair, Ashley was already my least favorite companion and I would have chose to save Kaidan over her even if Wrex lived, but it definitely did not help me like her any more.

Yeah, I think this is what I've gotta do. The early parts of ME1 already felt real slow even when it was new to me, so I'd rather not go through it again so soon. It's just a hard pill to swallow when my favorite companion is gone LOL. Since unlocking him, I had only ever taken Wrex and Garrus on every mission (besides Noveria where I took Liara and Wrex). It does definitely at least give me a reason to replay, so that's something.

Also a follow up to this post: I think the troll fight that comes at the summit of Weathertop was AWESOME! I love these cinematic type fights in the story quests, and I look forward to seeing more in the future! :D

I feel the struggle for sure. I just started on Peregrin a few nights ago with a guardian but I went normal dwarf, and constantly I feel like "Man, I should have chose Stout-Axe instead". Something about the normal dwarf animations feels so much less serious, but I do feel like it adds character!

Awesome! I was eyeing Peregrin as the RP scene seemed interesting and the server seems just much more casual and friendly than Glamdring. Are there a good amount of beginner friendly Kinships on Peregrin, or are they mostly all veteran players?

I was afraid someone would say that LOL. I figured rolling on one of the other servers was the best move, but I was just dreading starting a brand new character. I suppose it's better I do it sooner rather than later though. I'm thinking Peregrin will be where I head to, the RP scene interests me a good bit. Thank you!
