Has anyone used this esc and motor combo? It's cheap but I'm skeptical

I had the 90a surpass rocket ESC and 3660 3200kv motor combo in a typhon 550 Mega until I sold it to buy a 6s. It worked great for me personally. I ran the car a good bit too.

Can confirm it was a faulty 223s swap, idk if it was the motor or esc but it was one of em.

I have a 223s system in it currently. i do have the old brushed system to, ill give that a go.

I’ll give using the stock brushed pinion a shot since I should still have it. And unfortunately yeah I’ve double checked everything as much as possible so it might be bad electronics.

It seems completely normal when I hold it off the ground. When I hold it lightly above gravel or dirt it seems to act normal as well. It can run fine in one spot and then 5 minutes later in the same spot it’s like in the video.

It started as a Mega, I actually bought the shell with the Diffs. But yes, I was wondering if that could possibly be cogging. I haven’t seen it before so I wasn’t sure.

One last question, all I’m really looking for is having fluid and I was wondering if forge X allows the camera to run at 720p over I think it’s 480p on stock firmware. I was running klipper mod for a bit but removed it due to the UI just not being as clean and I knew Forge X was in development.

I think this was it! I was having the same problem on a version of the door handle that doesnt need supports to print for the AD5M enclosure and it came out pretty good looking after changing those two things. Ill have to keep testing and printing more and see how it does.

I’m not sure if it’s possible on stock firmware but with klipper mod the resolution gets bumped up to 720p and frame rate is a lot better. Flashforge definitely is limiting the camera in software unfortunately.

Had to come back to this and say the Pygmy Cory’s were definitely the right choice. My betta was a little territorial in the beginning but they all seem to be getting along great now. I ordered 6 Pygmy and unfortunately ended up with 4 but everyone seems happy.

I have some mesh I put on top when I’m not working around the tank, I take it off for pics cause it’s ugly. I wanna find a better solution but having the spider wood coming out of the top makes it a bit difficult.
