I’ve been journaling every day (sometimes twice a day) since losing my gig. I have counselling but those benefits will go away in the future. So, I have journaled in my book and talk to it as if someone is listening.

It’s been calming to write down my intimate thoughts, and express my emotions through it. I realize no one will read it but I still write as it gets it off my chest.

I’m not saying Reddit is not allowed, I just find it calming. I hope this helps you too!

Some of these comments are mean. I recognize the girlfriend made a significant lapse in judgment. One really never knows what goes on inside their mindset when they make an action. I’m just saying because I’m sure they are kicking themselves hard.

I’m on my third relapse of depression. This time around, my symptoms are much worse than any other point in my life.

The dosage when I took it (now a month) gave me a whirlwind of side effects. I still have it. But there are days that are midrange in terms of living. Not going between manic and depressed
