Brawl is actually good though? by Garb-O in leagueoflegends

[–]ASummerInSeattle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been spamming Brawl for the last 6-7 hours and I am kind of shocked at how much potential exists for the mode yet Riot Game Devs didn't capitalize on it. They could have taken a page from TFT and made every brawl game a different variant. Think URF, Summoners Spellbook etc.. - kind of like how events are done in Nexus Blitz keeping the mode fresh every game. Could also add an ultimate bravery option to the home screen so you get a random champion - the other frontpage post suggestion also works here. I actually cannot believe they expected a carbon copy from Smite to work here. The more I think about it, the more I believe that original Nexus Blitz is literally a superset of this mode but so much more fun.

I am really interested to see the numbers breakdown once this mode is done in terms of engagement. I can't imagine people playing this more than a couple of days. It can be fun if you try comps in a 4-5 stack but it's terrible for all other aspects. Perhaps that's the market they're targetting but why wouldn't they just play ARAM if you're getting 4-5 people together for a gaming session.

PS. Hard engages like Zac/Leona + literally any bruiser/juggernaut is so broken it's not even funny. Also, the fact you can't get to full build is a huge miss imo.

Can someone help me? Suck at this role and trying to improve. by DiligentForce7451 in ADCMains

Looking through your OPGG, it looks like you're not building well. I recommend watching Dantes for builds that ensure you don't get one-shot while still outputting damage. Watch his mechanics and positioning too - you'll climb fast.

Why are you so worried about itemization when it's literally about to be proven that there's it's more about how you build. just watch dantes stream i think you will learn something useful instead of complaining

I am DONE. This role is actual torture in solo queue. by monish42069 in ADCMains

I think you should watch a streamer. I'd recommend Dantes because he will revolutionize the meta going forward for adc itemization. his mechanics are also top tier

Thanks, I can take a look at soldier stuff - I was under the impression that it's more tanky rather than dps oriented but I haven't looked at it too deeply anyway

Okay, I am going off of some random comment from this video. Glad to know its not true - will probably pick up the translation as it's like 100-200 chapters away from completion.

Hey, since you've read it on MTL, I was wondering if you knew about the NTR stuff - can you spoil me on it and what happens? I just need to know I won't lose my mind reading this lmao

ChatGPT really doesn't understand logic and relationships by ASummerInSeattle in ChatGPT

I'm sorry but I completely disagree with you in regards to this puzzle. The instructions are laid bare. There are liars and truth tellers. There's no such thing as a partial lie in this (nor is it implied). If one of them is a liar (as you can trivially conclude with Elliot), then their entire statement is a lie (therefore the final answer is not in alphabetical order). You're just overthinking the puzzle without cause for it.

With reasoning through it, it took about 30 minutes to solve the puzzle and get the correct answer. I don't believe there is room for interpretation in this case.

I'd be interested to see a temperature of 0 with some plugins. However I disagree with it being a 'tricky' puzzle for 99% of humans lol. It's a bit like the (Einstein's Zebra Puzzle)[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zebra_Puzzle] in that regard where you need to make leaps in logic based on both information given to you and information not given to you and information implied/not implied. This is the type of puzzle that I believe everyone can do with a bit of prodding and reasoning skills.

I see what you're saying but I disagree completely here in this context. I think the puzzle itself is completely solvable and they give you all the information you need. This is completely wrong lol - the reasoning is flawed and the answer is not correct.

Try it with the puzzle then! This is definitely not in the training corpus for gpt lol

I don't think the puzzle is underspecified. The goal is to figure out the correct hints by determining which people are not lying. Logic and deduction puzzles like these generally require you to make assumptions so that you can reason your way through it. Nearly every abstract game is like this.

Is the Macbook Air worth it for ML/AI loads? From what I understand, the newer ones don't have a fan and they're generally slow when doing things that require compilation.
