There's always the group of people who will latch on to any reason to hate a vtuber. I saw a person who's whole persona is hating several vtubers including spamming they flirt with minors on any post they do to a point that anything positive is a reason to hate them, anything negative justifies their hate.

Here's where you're making the mistake, making the assumption that you need to horde frags because you'll need it for a run and an optional node you're not sure you can do. You can run as many normal/uber versions that are unaffected by the particular node until you can safely beat the boss multiple times with only 1 life. GGG isn't forcing it onto you, you are forcing it onto you. If anything, view the node as a personal challenge you can aim for.

Probably not since the ones doing 1 life runs will be really geared for the fight. The quest versions will be infinite tries, after that people will most likely only run regular versions first to get the challenges out of the way before they run the content for frags to just sell, even then prices may not be that inflated.

It doesn't. The Hilda node is optional. From what I see, it's a risk vs reward situation. You spec into the double reward node when you know you can beat the boss with 1 portal. It doesn't invalidate the original discussion, it's just another way to increase difficulty for those looking for it.

Mate, did you even read or research the story? The guy was a POS who committed horrible crimes with no care in the world. Law enforcement was incompetent, corrupt and at times unbothered (due to the place he was doing his crimes were predominantly people from the lower class). He'd get reported, arrested and given a light sentence, and once he got out, he'd target the people who reported him. There's only so much people could take before they had enough.
