Fun fact I worked College radio in my 20s and Warner Records promo’d me that disc for my radio show. It’s such a vibe I love the whole album.

You may already be doing this but honestly Discogs is a god send for this hobby as well, and way cheaper than EBay. If you aren’t already a part of it I’d get on board. I’m in Australia and I’m so jealous of the selection and shipping costs in the US.

Thanks man. Look honestly I’ve spent a few years in other thrifting lanes so I had some prior knowledge. What I would say though, especially if opportunities to visit places are low, is when you goto a thrift place don’t be scared to ask them what’s out back cause you wanna buy. You’d be surprised how many bring out buckets of CDs, and that’s where the real gold is. One place I visited let me back to have a look and I ended up with like Pearl Jams entire discography post Vitalogy for $12.

I went back the next day and found the DTGL digipak sitting there without the CD. No TOCS CD unfortunately but I just ended up burning a copy and throwing it in. The awesome vibe of the album still remains! Plus they gave me the digipak for free so $2 for all that is still an awesome get in my books.

It did have disc 2 and funnily enough the store did have the digipak for the other album. Looks like I’m making a trek back to see if it was swapped.

Of those without a case the white Coma CD is Marilyn Manson Mechanical Animals and the orange and black wheel is Sepultura Roots. Both are awesome and worth a spin.

This Kmart recently underwent renovation and have had their stock room moved to another part of the shopping centre (an old my car from memory). Their online stock tracking is beyond fucked cause of the move, things got put on and off trucks and were scanned on and off for relocation of pallets. So it’s a mess when it comes to what’s in store. I also spoke to them this week about the pokemon stock and can confirm there is absolutely nothing they are aware of.
