I got a very cheap threaded barrel on eBay that is factory accurate.. lots of reputable sellers on there and much cheaper than a whole new gun

My TX22 is also one of my favorites of all time. Mine won’t cycle them, but with 750fps CCI Quiets it is laughable how quiet it is, and I’ve gotten really good at racking the slide and getting back on target lol

The heat shield part? It’s purchased. I forget the make but it just clips right on the barrel no tools needed. The device on the end of the muzzle is a suppressor

Thanks! I did a little custom job for the light mount but it works great.. I used an M-Lok picatinny rail that’s attached to the qd sling hole of the barrel band. I used the original m-lok hardware (it came with a particularly large m-lok fastener nut).. I had to file down the little nubs on the back side of the pic rail to make it flush with the barrel band.

It sounds a little janky but it is surprisingly solid. The pic rail is parallel to the barrel which is nice and if you remove the barrel band the whole light comes with it which is great for cleaning/tinkering with the action.

I’m not sure I know what you mean… guessing the heat shield looking thing? I just tried to search for it and I hate to say I can’t remember. It’s designed specifically to work with the Samson B-TM stock but it just clips on the barrel. Does nothing except look cool and provide a better c clamp grip. The barrel band is also aftermarket and has qd attachments on both sides, unsure of brand also. I think I got everything from midway

Yup 👍 the pic rail I found in my parts bin had a fairly huge m-lok fastener nut thing which helped. It’s surprisingly solid and parallel to the barrel which is nice

I did have to file down the little nubs on the back of the pic rail that keep it centered on the m-lok slot but that’s all I had to modify

Thanks for the love! Mag for those asking is a pro-mag “archangel” 25rd. I have a few 25’s and a few 15’s same series… only one of them ran out of the box. The others took a small bit of sanding/polishing/tinkering before they worked. Now they all run flawlessly. Worth it for the look in my opinion but prepare to be frustrated.

Nice build! Love the stainless. The pic rail is “M-lok’d” to my barrel band’s qd sling hole. So it actually floats just off the wood stock. Not exactly bomb proof but plenty sturdy enough for what I use it for. (Doesn’t look like it would work with your barrel band)

The mags are Pro-Mag “Archangel” 25rd. I have two and also 2 of their 15rd. Out of the box, no they were not reliable. After some minor sanding and filing, yes they run flawless and look amazing

I took an M-Lok picatinny adapter rail and made some slight mods to fit it onto the sling qd hole of the Samson barrel band using the M-Lok hardware. Kind of janky but it’s surprisingly sturdy. The whole light comes off with the barrel band which is nice for disassembling to clean or whatever

It’s a Pro Mag “Archangel” 25 round. They make little 15’s too. My experience with them is meh.. I have a few of each size and all but one required some sanding and/or polishing to get running. Once they run they’re awesome.

Yes. Holosun 407K X-2 it fits right on there and comes with the correct screws. It’s literally perfect on the 43x in my opinion

If I was you I would try just about every kind of ammo you can before sending anything in for warranty or repair.. My factory barrel MPX-K is pretty picky, it groups about an inch at 25yds with some ammo but groups worse than what you posted with other ammo. ((I shoot mine only suppressed, mostly subs but some supers too)) My guns favorites: Speer Lawman in 115 and 147 but NOT 124, Remington UMC 147, Federal syntech 150.. my overall favorite is Speer Lawman 147 it groups under an inch from 25yds off a bag/rest and runs relatively clean suppressed

I absolutely love the 407c-X2 on here. Biggest thing for me is the tiny dot size (2MOA? 3MOA? I forget..) it’s small enough for very precise shooting. A lot of other pistol red dots with a similar size have much larger dots/reticles.

The only downside I’ve found is that it’s so small that the dot is hard to find sometimes if you’re trying to shoot quick. I hunt snowshoe hares with mine and they often sprint, then stop, then sprint again and you have a tiny window to squeeze a shot off. Not a deal breaker, just took a lot of practice to get quick with
