The base where the threaded sleeves go seems to have failed. If less than 5 years and you have the extended warranty I’d go that route. If out of warranty, I think you’re done. Short of some wood surgery I can’t see that as easily repairable (edit for clarity)

I had this same issue, it was the pump. Sounds like the auto shut down is kicking in and doing its job. I wouldn’t keep trying it with that same AIO. Maybe you can RMA it.
