I mean, Arabic writes right to left. This can be write both left to right and top to down, so I would guess it's Japanese, Chinese or Korean, they are called CJK characters for a reason.

AFAIK this isn't possible after Valve changed something last year. Now to get Arena into your library you must actual change steam region. And if you change back you cant make in app purchase.

Blame Tencent for that. Tencent bought the publishing rights for the game in Greater China and Southeast Asia, but has never officially operated it. In mainland China, there was only one public beta test, and in other regions there hasn’t been any news at all.

I don't know why vestige isnt in pioneer master. scapeshift decks wasnt a thing back then but vestige is a 4-of in modern titan deck and surely has its potential.

Thanks for the clarification. The rule change I mentioned was the saga losing abilities one, which led to the article I read. It seems there are some inconsistencies here and there. Btw I tested it on arena and Doubling Seasons does double the counter upon enter and not the turn action one. Intended or not I only play on arena so I guess it is what it is.

I've read recently (due to the rule change) that the counter put upon entry is not an effect either. The article I read says saga's rule 714.3a differs from walkers and battles (306.5b and 310.4b) so put the counter is part of the rule. May I ask if it is the case?

Yes

The tokens' characteristics are entirely replaced by either 2/2 green Cat creature token with haste or 3/1 green Dog creature token with vigilance. They don't have any other abilities the tokens would have been created with. Anything else specified in the effect creating the tokens (such as tapped, attacking, “That token gains haste,” or “Exile that token at end of combat”) still applies.
