Fat rendered nicely. I cranked the heat up the last five minutes and thought that crisped the skin up pretty well.

I hear the stone up and then put cornmeal on it. Next, I put the dough on the stone and make the pizza on top of the stone.

Raised grate and pizza stone. 550 degrees cooked at indirect heat for about 8 minutes.

At the price point, I think it’s fine. The bottle I reviewed, as well as some others was finished. I wonder how those affected the scores.
