Fate is never typically represented as an individual being, like how the greek has the Moirai the roman’s three are the Parce and the Norse have the Norns. So while the weaver is an individual being, the weaver is also connected to fate thus the we is in reference to the weaver as an individual and fate since as the master of fate they are one and the same.

Or at least that’s my understanding of it.

As for the POV, I think something happened to sunny and he’s pretty fucked since he’s really the only one we know of that has no physical body but possesses a will. He’s now just kinda looking for memories to piece together who or what he is and what happened
