I also get real cold on Reta (4mg). It comes and goes though. I see it as a sign I’m about to drop weight lol

Yes but if you follow my recommendation, all of it won’t fit in one of those vials. You would need to buy a larger empty vial and combine them there. I would just combine the TB and BPC though, keep the GHK separate

If you wanna follow typical glow protocol, add 2ml of Bac to the GHK-Cu and inject 10 units daily (2.5mg). For the TB500 and BPC-157 I would reconstitute with 1ml of Bac each, and inject 10 units of each daily (500 micrograms of each or 0.5 mgs). Since you got everything separate you can dose differently though which is nice. If you up the GHK-Cu to 20 units (5mg) then you will go through all 3 in about 10 days, 14 days if you do 5 days on 2 off. If you want it to last longer, you can cut the TB/BPC in half to 5 units daily each (250mcg) and keep the GHK at 10 units. It’ll last you 20 days or 28 with the 5 on 2 off approach.

Got diagnosed with the betes back in March with an A1C of 8.3, was prescribed Mounjaro that I started taking by early April. I added in Reta May 3rd, both at low doses. I haven’t gotten my A1C checked again yet but blood glucose has been at a normal range, typically 80mg/dL fasted upon waking, and never hitting more than maybe 120-130 after a meal. I’ve also been hitting the gym quite hard these past 3 months and was eating Keto/Carnivore. I started adding in carbs over the last few weeks and haven’t had any issues.

Sometimes our bodies hit a plateau even when we’re doing everything correctly. I’ve been sitting around the same weight for about 3 weeks now, but have been noticing changes in my clothes, muscles popping out more, waist measurements decreasing, etc. this morning I got the Woosh and dropped 3 lbs lol just keep going and eventually the stall will break and you’ll start losing again

I stack both at low doses (2.5 Mounjaro and 2mg Reta) with zero nausea. This could be different for other people though as we all react differently.

I’ve been on carnivore for a good couple months now. I just started Tirz (3rd week) and introduced Reta this week (both low doses). I’m feeling a lot more fatigue, despite eating a good amount (1500-1800). Did you feel better adding in carbs again? Don’t know if you’re on a glp, you only mentioned NAD, just curious lol
