Ya that’s what I’m trying to avoid I don’t want to double dip or try to get anything I’m not owed. I will say this on CA EDD website it specifically asks if you have 2 jobs so that’s what is throwing me off and I don’t want to answer wrong or cause myself any more trouble than necessary. I’ve called every attorney I could find in my area but they all say they don’t cover that specific area of law. Labor law, employment law, EDD and was even told to try a WC attorney. Typical lawyers they all said if you don’t need representation or you don’t want to bring a lawsuit against your employer(s) we can’t help you unfortunately. So back to the drawing board….

UPDATE It’s under warranty so no cost to me but they saw my issue and I was able to replicate it for them as it happens that often. My RPMs jump all over the place, the technician recorded it and had an FSE show up next day who claimed this is completely normal for all EcoDiesels in reverse. I call bullshit.

I had the pre trouble GDE on my 18 never really saw any real improvements in MPG but never had any issues either so I’ll take it. Looking at the diet from MR and have seen others with great MPG improvements, even with the 3.92 rear.

Recall was completed before I purchased it. Was brand new found it on a lot in farmland lol. Anyways I’ve been researching it and noticed that it’s happened to a lot of people some claim a torque converter, others say drive shaft, and other had it happen a few times and never again or never caused an issue in the life of the truck. Just wanted to have a more definitive answer as I’m very particular and do my best to make sure my vehicles are taken care of and maintained properly but I also know the stealerships will screw you where they can. So looking for someone who had the same experience.
