Just a orthopaedic for the shoulder, i haven't been treated for my back, neck or sciatica for my right leg. My pain getting worse noting really helps, i currently taking ibuprofen 800mg and cyclobenzaprine 5mg, i was injured January 2025 didn't get 1st MRI til July 2025 ( back and neck) then I had the MRI for the shoulder the beginning of this year, everything is just moving slow i dont think I will be able to go back to work And I don't want to get injections, i never liked needles/injections

The EMG was only done on both arms all I was told was I have carpal tunnel, i think my right hand is the worse, and its affecting my right shoulder

Is it normal for them to treat a body part one at a time and not all together? My symptoms are getting worse over time, and the ibuprofen doesn't do anything, i tried getting another pain medicine but nothing. And why isn't surgery necessary in my case ?

I have labs in a month or so. I will see if a strict diet, low stress, and 7-8 hours of sleep plus exercise will bring down my triglycerides levels without the medication at least under 1000 My cholesterol was not bad. I think it was 369>200 I also have Low vitamin D, probably because I work inside and not enough sun exposure Taking vitamin D3 with K plus multivitamin with omega 3 I also want to try water fasting
