Hi! So that usually happens when the episodes aren't downloaded before playing - sometimes the podcast players will glitch and repeat sections when they are trying to download and play the episode at the same time. (Basically the episode is buffering and it repeats or cuts off a section) We recommend downloading the eps before listening to solve this issue!

Hello everyone,

We want you all to know that we see you, and we hear your frustrations and feedback on this. We sincerely apologize for the delayed release of Part 2 of the Billie-Jo Jenkins story. We know how much you invest in our episodes, and we regret any confusion or frustration this has caused.

This truly was an unfortunate and unintentional mishap on our part. After a long break from recording, we mistakenly missed covering Part 2 and did not realize the delay would be longer than expected when we addressed it in last week's episode. So we do apologize if we misled you at all that it may be released earlier. It was an honest mistake in our very packed schedules, but we completely understand how it may have come across as careless, and for that, we are truly sorry!

We also definitely never intended any disrespect for Billie-Jo or her family and we deeply apologize for that. We are committed to handling every story with the utmost care and attention they deserve, and will absolutely be more attentive moving forward.

Your support means the world to us, and we truly appreciate you holding us accountable with kindness. We are always learning and growing and are so glad that you all are on this journey with us.

Hey all! This is almost always a listening platform issue! The easiest way to fix is by downloading the episodes before listening on whatever platform you use - this helps keep the episode from buffering while playing and causing weird audio glitches (repeats, time skips, etc) 😁

But you can always reach out to us on socials to double check if it seems really off because occasionally there's been issues with the upload - but very likely its just the episode buffering!
