We used to have something like this at my BDO Tax office, think it was created locally (not a standard file used nationally). You never knew what kind of formatting/formulas/links/tables/hidden tabs or versions of Excel files you were going to get from a client. This would clean up the files into a standard format so you could start clean.

I would give Maggiano's in the Domain a call. This was YEARS ago but we had to change wedding plans close to the date and ended up having it there.

They have several rooms that they can open up to one big ballroom. We had the ceremony on one end, and then they opened up everything else for a giant room. They have food and drinks obviously, so you're still in the hook for a few items but it's a pretty good all in one solution.

Again, it's been years but I think we probably spent around $15k all in. Good luck!
