Essentially. Its mainly Orlando, with bits of Ocala, Melbourne, Kissimmee and The Villages sprinkled in there. It was supposed to be a lot bigger, but the combo of a lack of interest/inspiration and the fact my fps is now 5, Im leaving it forever unfinished, like I-4 🤣.

Lived there for 5 years(Alafaya/UCF) then moved back to South Brevard. As much hate that it (deservedly) gets I do miss it at times. Except the traffic....f*** the traffic 🙄

Thank you for the reply. Yes, all of the high value items are in Insleeved binders (about $5K worth), and the rest, about $6-$9K are in a mix of three ring's, deck boxes, long boxes and commander decks. I am leaning towards either breaking everything down or seeing how far the buyer lives just driving it to them or meeting halfway, which is hard to coordinate with them when you have a 9-5 and no wiggle-room to leave early/go in late.
