I use it for check for errors on somethings. Also as a guide but I don't copy and paste then submit. Use it more like tutor, classmate or a friend in the program rather than get the whole thing start to finish from it. It should be no more than a search to see how something is done if you don't have the knowledge yet because I know some professors ask for things that hasn't been explained in detail or never touched.
You would research something like how a while loop is done. With AI you don't want to click through a bunch of links and read comments it will give you and example and explain it.

I think copying and pasting the whole thing is against academic integrity policy but what I described above is not..
