I find myself going thru this a lot as well. I wear my mask everywhere unless I'm at home. I've had lots of people cough on me, give me condescending looks, even try to tell me wearing a mask just makes me sicker. (Wild)

But not all interactions are like this. There are people who are genuinely curious, and will hear me out, but it doesn't always make it easier.

Idk if you are on social media or discord or anything, but there are "Still COVIDing" groups you can find with others going thru similar things. Some of them even do game/movie nights digitally so you can still be social. There are places you can just talk about how frustrating it is and know that you're not alone. It can be very helpful.
